The SEBCM Ohio team is collaborating with members of the Ohio State physical therapy department to have a FREE mobility day for members of the limb loss and limb difference community. This day will be a chance for you to learn more about adaptive fitness and activities that work for your body. ALL ages and mobility levels are welcome! We will have support volunteers ready for assistance if needed during all sessions.
Activity options:
**Adaptive Yoga: taught by certified adaptive yoga instructor
**Adaptive Fitness: taught by certified adaptive fitness instructors
Gait or Intro to Run clinic: Depending on which you want to work on, we will have therapists to help you learn the body mechanics needed to improve your walking abilities OR you can try your hand at running!
